Boot Camp: Boot Camp is very unique and our most affordable training package we offer. This program is extremely fun because you get to work out with your friends or other clients and a trainer almost every day for 3 weeks!
Boot Camps can be as small as 3 people or as big as 6. Your camp consists of 2 evaluations, 15, 45 minute workouts with a trainer, and a full diet and grocery list.
Each day (typically Monday-Friday), you will get your butt kicked by your Boot Camp Sergeant and focus on a few target body areas. Your trainer will give you a great variety of exercises and keep you guessing with each workout! You will see the results almost immediately! Consistency places a huge role in fitness and your results will be obvious after working out with a personal trainer 5x a week!!
The best part of Boot Camp is that you get a professional workout with a trainer at a fraction of the cost!

Each Boot Camp includes a pre and post evaluation and a full diet and grocery list!
Boot Camp is typically completed in 3 weeks! From your first evaluation, to your 15 sessions, to your post eval is 21 days or less! This 5x/week program is what anyone needs to really take your fitness training to another level. This jumpstart, kick start, butt kicker Boot Camp offers what no other program can absolutely with out a doubt guarantee! RESULTS!! Consistency is the key and it is greatly encouraged to perform all 15 sessions in 3 weeks. We do make exceptions such as 3x/week for 5 weeks however, it is not recommended. That's why we call it Boot Camp...! :)
We include a full diet and grocery list as well as 2 full evaluations so you can see the results on paper (as if you didn't already notice them in the mirror...)

Group X is a great way to get motivated, get professional instruction, and a great workout a minimal price!
Zumba is a "dancy" fitness class. Very aerobic and fun. Great music! Great beat! Lots of fun! Have a blast with a friend or with come solo and join the many others who have found the newest, hottest, most fun way to exercise! Get fit quick! Get in a Zumba Class! Candi Ruffner is your instructor on Monday and Tuesday's at Flat Rock and will whip you into shape faster than you can say ZUMBA! This chick is fun, is fast, can grove and move! She will take you through a whirlwind of exercises and dance moves and make you sweat. Probably laugh too! :)
Total Body Toning is a little bit of everything! This cardio, strength, abs, and flexibility class is just what you need to get your total body toned and ripped up this winter! Classes are taught by owner Mike O'Neill who has years of experience. Mike will keep the beat, keep you pumped up, and make you move!! Try this one for your first time for free anytime!
Circuit Slam is a variety class incorporating intervals of strength, cardiovascular, core, and FUN! This class is set up as a large PT session where stations of strength with mixtures of equipment make you sexy and strong! Shock your body right and try a Circuit Slam class this week! You will use bands, balls, steps, dumbbells, barbells, mats, medicine balls, and much more! Come see for yourself why Circuit Slam is so popular. WORK IT! – Hip Hop aerobics. Starts in April 2009. This class is for anyone that enjoys a great workout and some serious dance moves to some great music. Break it down with Liz and Jess and bring your A-Game! Super Fun! Super original! Only at Anytime Fitness!
Butts & Guts – 30 min quick class hammering those areas you know you want to burn! Focus on lower body, and abs, this class will rock you and have you crawling out of there… You’ll be sore, but in a good way! Tighten up those buns in Abs for this summer!
